With a footprint in all of Kenya’s 47 counties, we continue to partner with Kenyan communities, organisations and institutions to improve and transform lives. We have a strong history of partnerships dating back to our inception in 2003, working with Speed, Simplicity and Trust to implement over 1,400 community projects. Over the years, we have invested heavily in Education, Health, Economic Empowerment, Environmental Conversation, Water, and Disaster Response interventions.

Our current strategy focuses on Health, Education and Economic Empowerment. We identified these focus areas as those that require great intervention to ensure improved quality of life for communities across the country. Our interventions in these areas will also contribute immensely towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, which we have incorporated in our day-to-day operations at Safaricom.
